Built a full sales agent automation system using the MPB method (Mind, Paper, Build), applying UX skills to design the solution. The system consists of four integrated agents working together: The CRM Agent automatically adds new leads to Google Sheets the moment they're dropped into the Lead List. The Follow-Up Agent sends three tailored, personalized emails based on lead information. The Concierge Agent tracks every interaction and automatically stops sending emails once someone books a call via Calendly. The No-Show Agent reaches out with recovery messages when people miss scheduled calls. The entire system runs 24/7 using simple, cost-effective tools (Google Sheets, Gmail, Calendly, n8n, OpenRouter for AI) at a total monthly cost of approximately $5.
